There are four simple steps in the application process: 1] Supply Information 2] Rate Yourself 3] Invite Raters and 4] Agree To Terms & Pay The Application Fee. We recommend you ask your Administrative Assistant's help in completing the application.
Once you have completed the four steps, you will become a
Five Star Candidate. To be accepted into the Five Star Directory, you must acheive and maintain an average rating of three stars or better. (Please refrain from hitting the back button while finishing the application process)
